PRACTICE INFORMATION
NEW CLIENT AVAILABILITY
While my practice is mostly full, please contact me to inquire about my availability. I have openings come up regularly and I'd like to find an appointment that works with your schedule.
FEE AGREEMENT
My fee per session is $175 and this cost includes access to phone coaching.

I can bill your insurance as an out of network provider. The total cost to you would be the $175 minus the allowed amount according to your insurance plan. In this case, please consult your insurance company ahead of time to confirm that you are able to utilize your benefits for services with me.
DBT TREATMENT
Full fidelity DBT treatment consists of:

-
Weekly individual therapy session
-
Weekly participation in a DBT skills group
-
Phone coaching as needed
-
Time commitment required is at least 1 year

For individual therapy, you will have a regularly scheduled appointment with me every week. I will also provide you with my personal cell phone number so that you can call me for support when needed.

Participation in a DBT group is an essential part of this approach to treatment and it is important that you attend group for 1 full year. While I do not teach groups myself, I can provide you with several referral options so that you are able to participate in a DBT skills group. Payment for group sessions will be a separate cost that you will need to arrange with the organization providing the group.
